Another week is done..

YESSSS!!!!!

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my job and I'm worshipped for my skillz. But I love the weekends. Time to kick back, relax, or maybe hit the bar and thin the bloodstream. What do ShortMedians do for a good time?!

waste my free time sleeping cause I don't sleep during the work week.

Well, this weekend I am going to help my friend build his new PC after I leave work today, then I'm going to change the oil in my car and clean it tomorrow. Dinner and a few movies at another friend's house tomorrow night. Then I go to school on Sunday to meet with my group and do a case study that we present on Monday (he gave us the case this Thursday ).

Good tip. We're actually using a ThermalTake PurePower 420 in his new system, so no motherboards will be fried tonight (I hope!)

Clean basement... Go see "Cat in the Hat"... cater to my wonder, pregnent wife.... Clean Basement.... torture myself into watching my Bears lose..... clean basement.... and.... go to a 1 year olds birthday party.... I forgot.... clean basement.

BTW, I keep saying "clean basement" only because I keep saying that every weekend.... haven't gotten far.

well since my wife and I work full time, the weekend is about the only time I get to see her for more than an hour stretch

Tomorrow we are driving about 200 miles to a place somewhat north of Port Huron, MI, to see some Shar-Pei puppies. My wife is dead set on getting a Chinese Shar-Pei, and she coerced the children into an alliance by saying "Hey, tell daddy you want a puppy" and now it's 3 against one... you parents will understand what I'm talking about...

Anyways, every saturday the boys go to spend the night at my mom's house - it's their weekend treat and they love going there, and Tracey and I get to go out.. We don't do much, since we're boring sticks in the mud. We usually go to a restaurant and then a coffee shop where we sit with the other regulars until 2:30 am.. Then we come home and make insanely wild love unti................. ahh, well you get the picture

This weekend I'm having the chimney taken out of the roof down to the first floor and extending the bathroom. The skip is due any minute now. Chez bothered is going to be a building site this week all so I can start my loft conversion.

Sleep, prolly hang out with friends a bit (doing all sortsa stuff), but 90% of the time will be spent f-ing around with the computer.

Ohh, and I work Sunday... god I hate working on weekends...

This weekend I'm putting in mapvote progam and utpure anticheat program in our UT server. Then it's frag--frag--frag away the day--Sat. And Sun I'll probably work on upgrading my pc,-wifes pc, build the 3rd pc for folding, and if I get time- upgrade inlaws pc I brought back from up north. Think that might keep me busy for the weekend huh?

Hawk, seems like you got a packed weekend there. I love having a mon-fri job, no work on weekends is so fun.


Oh and one of my best friends is down from college for thanksgiving day break, so me and him will probably hang out all weekend.

Lets see.... go out to the Outback Steakhouse and eat Friday friday... get your steak and 4 other people's entree's spilt all over you... so you get to eat for free. Best of all... I got $20.00 from the manager/owner because they spilt food all over my jacket and he wanted to pay to get the damned thing dry cleaned. Best part.... it wasn't my jacket!

Then... head out to the local bars for a few pints with the locals.

Sleep it off until Saturday afternoon and go teach Nurses at the local old folk's home how to do formulae in Excel (this is the SUM command... no... RIGHT click... UGH!)....

Then... finish a 6-page essay on the past, present and future of the graphics card industry for my Computer Hardware Fundamentals class due Monday

Yep... sounds like fun
