Unhappy Home page keeps changing

Hi I need help...

My home page keeps changing to the following:
res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049

I have no idea where this came from, but it keeps changing my home page.
I have installed and run the following: Adaware, Spybot Search & Destroy ( I believe that's what it's called), and also Hijak This....
but the home page still keeps changing..Any other ideas?????

Thanks in advance for any ideas..

Jade....

Looks like malware has hijacked IE.
Download CWShredder from http://209.133.47.200/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe & run it. Select the fix button & it will get rid of everything related to CoolWebSearch. Reboot after doing this & post your log please.
Check out this link.
