Views on the Sony DCR-TVR Camcorder

I have wanted a camcorder for years. This one seems like a good one to start off with. Its Digital 8 and has USB/Firewire streaming so I think its quite good.

Can I have your thoughts and opinions on it, and bear in mind its not for professional recording, just "home" and entertaining uses.

I am the kind of guy that likes to buy his stuff online when he see's it, then cancel it in the nick of time. Failure to cancel results in me getting this camcorder Friday morning.
