Gromac Deadlines

I was wondering if gromacs had deadlines like the tinker units do. I have a 500MHz AMD K2-6 folding and it is taking about 3 hours per step (frame or whatever you want to call it). I figured out it would take about 12 1/2 days total.

Yup, they do. If you give us which gro it is, we can tell you the deadline, or you could see if it's on this page: http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandeg.../psummary.html

As long as the K6-2 gets most of the cycles it should finish in time.

Yea, the only other thing the box runs (its linux) is a ventrilo server, a bnc, and tuxtime. The two servers are idle most the time.
