random reboots at stock speed and timing at T1

i have a gig of ocz plat pc600 and i had it up to 278 3-4-4-9 t1 and it was stable in prime for 15 hours so i figure its good, next day i get a random reboot so i backed it down to 275 then 270 and it continued to do it, so i set everything to stock cept for T1 and it rebooted. set it goen T2 and its fine no reboots yet... did i just get very unlucky or is there a problem somewere?

Must be a problem somewhere. The TCCD usually stays at its speed. What bios? Have you swapped the videocards lately or something?
