Perflib_Perfdata_c0c.dat Virus or Something Else

Perflib_Perfdata_c0c.dat what is it its in my Temp Folder and i cant delete it i read something about another one being something for defragmentation or something but im not sure anymore.

There is Also Another one... Perflib_Perfdata_564.dat

So Please Reply they are both in Temp Folder one in 564 one is in Windows/Temp and other one is in Documents And Settings/"Username"/Local Settings/Temp
