Help! Can't Log in to Websites

I cannot log in to websites such as Hotmail, Yahoo, EBay, etc. When I enter my username and password, the same login screen pops up with the fields blank. I believe I have a trojan that is causing this. I have followed the instructions on this forum on this page:

which includes deleting temp files, running Ad-aware, Spybot, Spyware Blaster, the virus scans, and HJT. I am still having the problem.
