Exclamation help my computer is all messed up

Please help! My computer warned me that I had Spyware/Adware so I cleaned everything out but two things won't go away!!

It put a background up on my desktop when it showed me this and now the background is still there. Also, whenever I go somewhere it takes a LOOONG time to load and alot of this aren't responding anymore.

I used Spy-Bot, Ad-Aware, and a couple online scans already and all of them tell me that nothing is wrong but HiJack This shows two things that won't go away. I don't know what to do!! Here's my log file:

Your log appears to be incomplete. Please run HijackThis again and post a new log.
