Hey my bro is wanting to set up some kind of streaming web cam deal at his house. He wants to be able to watch his fish tank when he isnt home. Like, connect to a webpage and have the web cam running. I used to have something like that, but i cant remember what it was called. Can someone give a suggestion to some software?

Get one of those network video cameras with a built in web server. Those things are afordable these days.

AFAIK, Logitech webcams come with the software to do that. Couldn't you just get a program that takes a shot every few seconds and that it saves the image to a certain place and install a simple webserver?
