i ran accross his neat little software that integrates into winxp.

http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm

Recording ISO images - Right-click on an ISO file and select "Copy Image to CD". The wizard will open up.

Creating ISO images - Right-click on a CD drive icon in My Computer and select "Copy CD to Image File". The wizard will open up. Select the target file. Press the "Next" button. Wizard will copy the CD into an ISO file.

I use nero for all burning purposes, and BlindWrite 5 for image creation. (BWClone discs are 1:1. )

I use a program called UltraISO. It allows you to copy the image as well as edit it. A must for users like me. The only downside is it's not free, but if you download the trial you will see very quickly it's worth the money.

Download it at http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/index.html.
