Exclamation June 16..Service Interuptions

We apologize for the temporary service interuptions. The fault was at the data center where the box resides. Apparently they had power issues and the whole datacenter went offline. This affected many thousands of websites including us. The problem was not with the site or the box.

In simple terms. All the equipment blew a fuse. It is now repaired.

Is that why I kept getting the page "There appears there has been a problem with the databse"?

No dan, unfortunately they are unrelated incidents... This second problem has been identified and corrected. It was purely a software problem and not power or hardware related.

Did anyone else get a strange feeling of Deja Vu when this happened?
