Seeking File Search Utility, with specific features...

I'm a pack-rat. I admit it. I have i think five 40GB drives, and a 120GB-- all of which have piles of stuff on them. but, that's kind of irrelevant, i guess to what i'm looking for. what i'd really like to do is take each of these drives down to their bare necessities-- especially the 120 gig, which i'm currently using most often. i have a ton of Video files on here. i want to archive them onto DVD-R's, or simply scrap some of them. i know where most of them are, so i'd like to be able to exclude (or include specific) folders from the search. so, basically, what i'm looking for would be...

a file find utility that will give me the option, i'd prefer, to exclude certain folders (or file types), that would be able to search only a partiuclar type of file (as in Windows Search where you can select Pictures, Music, Video, or documents, etc...), and that will let me search for designated file sizes.

although, i'd like to have those specific functions, i'll take what i can get. i've used PowerDesk, and i don't think it does what i'm looking for. I've also used Servant Salamander, and i don't think it does it either.
