It smells good in here!!!

Got to love that new house smell!!!!!

I'm billmaly, now CaffeineMe (let's face it, my old handle lacked originality). Just wanted to drop in, say hello, and get the old thread count started up. Thanks for all the hard work to EVERYONE who put this together. See you around!

We need a thread for guys like Bill that change their names so that the slow witted amoung us can keep track.

Yes, the new colors are quite soothing. Now I need to redecorate my office to match

Why do people change user names when they go to another forum? Isn't it just easier to use the same user name everywhere they go?

It certainly is easier for me! I'm "GHoosdum" almost everywhere I ever sign up. Unless I'm tryin' to be incognito. Or respectable, like a job interview or school... ugh.

I usually go by primesuspect, but for example, at amdforums.com that name was already taken (not hard to imagine with 53,000 members) so I went with [ic]Prime

At digitalferret, I use my real name (brian) because... well, I was in a weird mood, I guess...

Although, when I first started surfing the net in 1999, I wasn't being really creative so I used my name and year I was born as my username.

My Icrontic /nick was buroja. Why? Because that was my college email address based on my first and last name (first four letters of last name plus first two letters of first name.)

Why'd I change to Jake when I registered here? I just prefer being called Jake; and it sounds a hell of a lot better than buroja. Too bad I've wracked up those 85,000+ folding points with that name.
