Antispyware Vista and Trojans

My computer has recently been flooded with Trojan alerts, bogus Antispyware messages, etc. I'm hesitant to actually use my computer for anything since I'm pretty sure there's a keylogger or two (or ten) hiding out in my system. Additionally, every 10-30 seconds there's an "alert" popping up from the bottom right of the windows bar notifying me of Malware intrusion, System attacks, etc.
