SCO files for chapter 11 bankruptcy

We have covered the SCO v. Novell debate in vast detail over the last eon, and there’s finally meaningful progress in the goings on. Namely, SCO has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Some may have seen the writing on the wall for quite a while, but SCO’s most recent legal loss was a final nail in the coffin.

Now that the last dinosaur is flirting with extinction, we can all get on with our post-classic lives.

    Yep, after the last losses in court I was wondering when we would read this, not if.
