Trial to determine what SCO owes Novell

As you can see poor SCO has been on a downward spiral for quite a while, having incited the wrath of open source and a thousand open source nerds who are not quite so benevolent as the rats of nimh.
The trial to proceed at this juncture will determine what property or damages are owed by SCO for the last several irritating years of pointless lawsuits and trials.
