@The-Coolest As a start, you can read the tCTL sensor and subtract 20C from readings on the 1700X, 1800X, 1600X to obtain the real Tjunction temp. Treat tCTL = Tjunction on the 1700, 1600, 1500X, 1400.
So, that's my question. Would I put in 3000 on the 3000 RAM, or down-clock it to 2666?
When I say OC, I mean in the context of making the CPU run faster than it's base spec.
Base spec is 2667 for Ryzen. Motherbo…

I would use the AMD Clean Uninstall utility and give it another go. Alternatively, the application "DDU" is very nice.
It's impossible to know who's at fault in the texture filtering. Could be a tweak in the driver, could be something in the game…
That HDMI port wouldn't connect to anything in Ryzen. Ryzen does not have a GPU, and therefore no audio controller. The HDMI port is placed there because socket AM4 also supports 7th (today) and 8th (2h17) generation APUs as well.

2) Eat 500 calories per day less than your TDEE. Count everything that goes into your mouth.
3) If you do XXX calories of cardio. Add that to your TDE…
