Spy/Ad Help, Thank you

I recently obtained some harmful files from smitfraud, I downloaded the smitfraud fix and scanned my computer with ewido. Everything seemed to be fine... I have a lot report of ewido but sadly overwritten the one with smitfraud but I no longer see the "your computer is infected!!" pop-ups, so I assume it worked.

Now I went to scan with panda activescan and it found some files:

adware:adware/purityscan
adware:adware/mediatickets
adware:adware/yazzle
adware:adware/list.istbar
adware:adware/secure32
spyware.cookie/spyfalcon

and a potentially unwanted tool which was just the smitfraud thing

I ran hijack this and here is my log... and help would be greatly appreciated. I am still getting the odd pop-up

    right now i just ran several other scans with pc cillin and ad-aware... i delete one virus that caused me some hassle.. emptied it from the recycle bin...

    However the same pop-up keeps occuring.. it leads me to www.cannis.org w/o an address bar. Also my internet ping seems to shoot up and down, I'm guessing the viruses may be trying to download something? That is all I can tell from my end thats occuring, maybe experts can tell a bit more from the hijack log...

    Let me know if you need any reports or information, thanks!

    Can you please do the following.

    ===============

    Run HiJackThis then:

    1. Click "Open the Misc Tools Section"
    2. Click "Open Process manager"

    -

    Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:

    C:\WINDOWS\SSTEM3~1\netdde.exe

    Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click "Kill process". Now, click "Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.

    ===============

    Scan with HiJackThis, then check(tick) the following, if present:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {C15415C7-F90F-D78F-5477-8F3A805722C0} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ypbrlqtu.dll (file missing)
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [WINDOWS SKY] sky.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [e58679eb.exe] C:\Documents and Settings\Humans\Local Settings\Application Data\e58679eb.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Ieor] "C:\WINDOWS\SSTEM3~1\netdde.exe" -vt yax

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: winjvd32 - winjvd32.dll (file missing)

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    ===============

    Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure you are able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

    folders...

    C:\WINDOWS\SSTEM3~1 Check the spelling and do not attempt to delete the system32 folder!

    files...

    C:\Documents and Settings\Humans\Local Settings\Application Data\e58679eb.exe

    Search for...

    sky.exe

    ...using "Start | Search...".

    -

    Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in "Safe Mode".

    -

    Reboot.

    ===============

    After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.
