Okay here's the deal I ordered from think geek.com and I paid for 2 days service. I contacted customer service 3 times and I was given excuse after excuse and then at one point they told me they were going to give my package to usps witch was a lie.
my friend drove to Dallas an he was able to drive just fine in the bad weather.

i've worked in shipping for the better half of the half of the quarter of the time i spent half at work.
aaaaaanyways, what this mean is either one of these options:

-for express they obviously use plane, and plane are easily affected by temperature.
-delivery truck broke down, possibly due to shitty driving, and your parcel was in that one. (believe me, it happens more often than they are willing to admit)
-driver was at the end of his week/shift/run and just said fuck it.

it's tecnicly way higher than that, but less funny. Also at my age it's still a higher % of my life that was in a warehouse. just maybe not working, like just in one. maybe on a couch 30ft from the ground playing cards. that happened a lot.
