    They probably dropped it while trying to mount it in the rack. :rolleyes:

    lol.. naa its been in service for a while. They were actually sending it back for a case upgrade. LOL

    What you cant really see in the pic is the left handle at the bottom is bent completely over. That handle bracket is 1/8" steel. You cant bend it with a hammer, we came to the conclusion that it was dropped and probably run over or backed into by UPS as simply dropping it would not do the kind of compression damage that was done to the case. ;D
