The game is pretty cool but the controls are the worse I have ever played with. Steering with the keyboard or mouse simply sucks. The turns are really really tight. You really need a gamepad to play decently. Other than that, the graphics are pretty nice for a rockstar game. Some anti-aliasing would be nice but my video card sucks :bawling:

I have to say, I have been playing this game pretty much none stop over the past week or 2 and it ROCKS.

I use my Microsoft gamepad to play it (and people made remarks when I said I owned a gamepad, this and Fifa 2003 are what its for). Turning the AA up nice and high on my 9800 Pro and it looks superb, the levels where is it raining look great.

    :thumbsup:Top Game

The graphics for the PS2 version are far below par, it actually hurt my eyes playing it. Almost bought it for Xbox before I tried it for PS2.

Welp...it demands more than GTA3/VC and the damn thing starts slowing down if I use too much "nawz". This is at 800x600 on a AXP1600+ @ 1.53GHZ, 512MB PC2100 and a GF4 MX420 :shakehead :bawling:

I am going to assume that the above post is a joke. :banghead:

Black Hawk, I will get you a screen grab next time I play it, I have been playing starscape for the past 2 days.

I don't understand why people tank the Microsoft gamepad, I've had mine for 8 years and it has never failed me once. I too use it for the FIFA games, which are sweet. This pad is also good for Sega Genesis or NES or SNES games. Emulation Rules.

Oh and MC2 on the XBOX is the shizzle ma nizzle, mainly when playing other people online with voice <- that's when hilarity ensues. XBOX Live rules.

I prefer Logitech RumblePad. Just seems smoother and rather good for flight sims. Need to save $30 for one :(

I rented it on xbox and I didn't like it very much. Not realistic enough for me.
