Hehehe, MasterBuilder K....... I remember that concentration on not looking around tooo much or else pay the consequences....... Dad get the picture QUICK, or I'm gonna spew somethin atcha! lol, nice shot prime. Handsome young man. I can see a young prime in there thinking up devious things to pull on SM LAN participants.

Ahh, The beauty of nature Leonardo. Well Done, Well Done. Wish I could see those glaciers in person. Wow.

I love the Blue Boat one, Leo. Wow. Reminds me of a more desolate Maine. Wow. That's so cool, it looks like such a relaxing place to live. Curse you... :p

    Nomad,

your cat looks a lot like mine :)

What did you do to that pic? Looks like you flattened the levels or just ran a high-pass filter over it... Nice effect, whatever you did.

It's a simple PS effect. Duplicate the background, make it black and white, put the contrast up between 50-75%, then add a gaussian blur of 1-5. Change the blending of the layer to Overlay.

I'm about to dramatically add to everybody's bottom scroll bar. :D

This is a picture of the Valle Grande in the Jemez Mountains, about
30 miles from where I live. Later that day I went mountainbiking
in there. Good times. 11 photos from my 3 megapixel camera were
stitched together using the Panorama Factory (thanks Mediaman).

This was originally 13000 pixels long (15 feet printed).
I halved that and reduced the jpeg quality a bit.
I think I still need to adjust the brightness. The early morning
    shadows are too intense.

Let's get some more artsy pics going here folks!

This one was taken way back in Feb 05, and I just happened across it again as I was scrolling through some old pics looking for something. My wife took this, downtown Vancouver, near her former office building (she had gone down to meet visit some former co-workers and run some errands downtown.)

Sorry Dex I couldnt help but comment... In this pic your daughters head is sorta distorted and she looks a lot like Barry Bonds.
