I was sooo glad to see S-M pop back up!
This morning I connected and of course the bottom of the page said Done.
Well, I right clicked the empty page and looked at page info....
It said (About blank)! I freaked at first until I tried another site and it poped right up. Whew, Thought I picked up that about blank virus. Hehehe

This morning still came up with the blank page. Is there some rollover problem, like a cron job gone awry?

Yeah, apparently every morning around 3:30 AM EST, the httpd shuts down and when it goes to start back up, it starts the WRONG httpd - the one that isn't configured.

So apache is still technically running, it's just the wrong one. I have to go in when I wake up, shut down the incorrect httpd and start the correct one.

    It'll be fixed soon

I have to go in when I wake up...

Do you need a wake-up call from the front desk tomorrow? :nudge:

Hehe, my bad. I guess I should made a symlink to the httpd in /etc/init.d when I updated php and apache. Oh well, if you want the instructions let me know Brian. So chkconfig wants to run the default rpm one

At least that's what I'm guessing.

It started happening again last night... Every night at 3:00 am EST, httpd stops, and the old one starts, meaning the site doesn't come back on until I wake my lazy ass up out of bed :-/:crazy:

Yeah, I noticed this for the last 2 days. You really need to find out what's happening, or wake up every 3:00 AM to restart the httpd. ;)
