    BulletProod FTP.

Ok, so it isnt free but if you delete the registry Key every 30 days, your trial gets extended, for another 30 days......

The program is very good, and I think its worth it.

    Start > Run > ftp

Not very user friendly but it does the job.

    Otherwise, in internet explorer

I prefer to use WSFTP myself though.

I recommend FlashFXP and SmartFTP, although I don't believe the latter is free.

SmartFTP is the best FREE FTP program I've used. That's what he asked for. :)

I only recommend using Internet Explorer as an FTP program if you are on a low pinging broadband connection. If you try and use it on 56k modem or such then it will be REALLY slow and my just freeze entirely, which is crap, but its not really the best FTP program to use.
