    Is the file corrupt?

Have you tried playing it in media player or something similar?

I recommend using Windows Media Player 6 to play any videos, it makes best use of codecs and runs alot better in general than most other video players (esp WMP9)

    Agreed

Even if WMP 9 is installed WMP 6 is still there and it's a lot more streamlined, looks better, runs faster, doesnt have useless features and doesnt screw up your video if you switch windows when its playing.

Why are you using WinDVD to play DivX?

    I'd suggest using Winamp 2.91.

I dont think windvd plays divx videos anyway.

You could also try a diffrent XviD build. Keopi, ViTE, etc.

I found a player to run it. It is called VD so it works now. Also downloaded a different codec and install it. Everything runs smooth now. Thanks to all...

    Also try this.....

    http://kd2.edskes.com/downloads/klcodec203f.exe

That codec pack has everything you will ever need (codec wise).
