Well, sort of. Our company has been sold. I still have a job. I'll be on the road more which I like.
I told them that I wanted a real machine.
I have a HP-Compaq nw9440 coming.
I wonder how it will like SMP......

Congrats on the new system and new traveling job :)

If you had one of these it just might fold faster and longer :)

I think that you meant "run faster and longer" The folding should be kept to the computers.....
    It will have a T7200.
I don't know if I should asked IT for the second gig of memory, or just order these myself http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231130
    G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Notebook Memory, 4-4-4-12

I have that very proc in mine too and it uses 250MB and up to run the SMP client. While I think you could get away with 1 GB, I'm not sure what kind of apps you run. 2GB should cover just about any base right now.

Ed, it's a sweet folder
