Year keeps changing back to 2000 on startup

Hi,

Everytime I restart my computer the year keeps changing back to 2000. The day, month and time are correct except for the year. Does anyone has clue why this happens.

    Is it just in windows or in the bios as well?

    The bios date n time are correct every time. Only the windows year keep changing back to 2000. the day and month and time are all correct.
