witch firewall is better?

Hay i had a simple and quick question witch is better?

PC Tools Firewall Plus or Online Armor Personal Firewall v2

I already have a router i also have static IP (I was wondering should i change this to Dynamic) I heard that static coast like 20 dollars more a month???

and last this is a hijack this log i currently have some ant spyware thing called spyware terminator its 100% safe i got this program from someone i know who repairs computers, i also have another program called "Advanced windowscare"

    I haven't used either of those firewalls so I can't comment on which one is better.

    Static IP's are only needed if you are hosting a service (FTP, HTTP, etc) on your connection which requires you to have an IP that doesn't change. If you are not running any of these services then you should switch to a dynamic IP for better security as well as save some money.

    Also you can use dynamic dns services to redirect if you want to host ftp/http/etc... traffic anyway.

    Your hardware firewall should be enough. Infact, if you have a nice hardware firewall (which is easy because any router is already a good firewall) then installing a software firewall could end up making you less secure, since it could potentially open holes in the more secure hardware firewall.
