Special screenshot software?

Would you be able to introduce me a freeware having either of following functions?

Screenshot whole screen (screen viewed on web browser), including unvisible part of it.
or
Combine two pic (screenshots).

IrfanView does not have above functions.:sad2:

    You can always use Windows' built-in screenshot - Shirt+PrtScn. That puts the screenshot image on the Clipboard. You can then paste it to Mspaint, to then edit and save it in the format you wish.

    I'm not aware of any free screenshot software, but there probably is.

    Webshot (mondi's suggestion) works for me. :D

    I only wished it could capture a mouse cursor; Would you please let me know if you have found a freeware having the both caption features (whole screen+mouse cursor caption)?

    Also, any suggestion on non-existence of EULA for the Webshot?
