I joined a gym. After 5 years of not working out and quiting the lumber yard i've been working at for the last two years its time to start hitting the weights. I'll post stats/pics Monday.

    'Eh, don't pyramid. Unless you're doing pyramid drop schemes. Heavy triples/fives would work better.
