There is some amazing photography here! I wish I had an amazing camera to take some amazing pictures. I'm also not that skilled with photoshop... but here are just a few pictures that I have, some I messed with, some are untouched...

Taken at my parents' house in TN with a Canon EOS Rebel XT. The first picture I took with this camera (just got it as a hand-me-down from my son).

Kwit, Those are still gorgeous shots man. Love em.

    Anyways, My turn I spose.

All shots taken with a Nikon D50 w/ Tamaron 28-80mm Lens, before I had to pawn the thing. (Yes, I know thats intended for 35mm not SLR.. But I've always been broke and make do with what I can. XD)

Just a flower shot. Cheap flower from a store, some cheap black velour from fabric store, I took one of my hanging lights from the garage, and put a GE Reveal bulb in it for the lighting. The velours hanging on a cereal box. XD And a good old squirt bottle for spraying the cat when he sprays the house, added the moisture droplet effects.

I like to drive. Thats all me and Kyli used to do. So we saw alot of pretty sunrises and sunsets, Occasionaly I had the camera along. This is a good sunrise shot I'm a fan of, just rural SD.

    Stop_Sign_Sunrise_Wide_by_Dark_Ende.jpg

This old bridge was always one of my favorite places out in the country to sit and fish and drink. The shots poor I know, but It holds a special place to me. Last picture ever of Kyli walking. She just wanted to stretch her legs and try out the crutches a bit, so she started walking and I snapped it. Still glad I thought to dig out the camera to this day. XD

Another Kyli shot. I do so love her eyes. ^_^

And.. just a tree on a windyish day.

    Windy_Day_by_Dark_Ender.jpg

A picture Kyli took of me while I was working on the car (effin' overheatin' radiators) during a blizzard cruise we took. I really needed a shave an a haircut about that time. :vimp:

Nice work, both of you. The bridge shot is very special. The sad tricycle is really good, too.

I took a few of the snow over here in the UK and they are on my blog here. http://icrontic.com/forum/blog.php?blogid=122&goto=newpost

There arent as good as some of the photos on here but to say I took them on my Mobile Phone (Sony Ericson C902) they aren't bad.

This is my fav picture that I didn't delete in the catastrophe of catastrophes (I forgot to back up my 4,000 shots, and about 200 of them I and others thought were exceptional last year while formating.....)

I think it looks much better on an 8x10 print. I took this as head phtog for yearbook back in my hs day and made a print for everyone in the play. I wan't expecting anything this good, but the light guy at the theater got it just right. The only thing is the white balance is off a bit, but at the same time I think it gives the picture an antique feel.

I'm very seriously considering buying a Nikon D700 this summer. but I might have to settle for a D90. I love photography and it's something I think I'm good at.

Seth, the seagull shot and tricycle are fantastic. I like the bridge shot a lot, Dare.

I am sure I missed a lot of great photographs, but I am on my way to work and this is the first time I've ventured in here. I will check out the rest this evening.

Here, I guess I'll contribute something, although I only manage to make up for utter photography fail with utter photography quantity. It should come as no surprise, then, that the first two pictures were shot in motion and I was not actually looking at my subject. ;)

Took some shots at Cape Cod over the weekend. Hopefully some are HDR-worthy. Will post results if they're good. One is of a sad sailboat, the cousin of sad tricycle.

Great shots, all - I really mean it. :)

For a shot taken while in motion, Khaos, I still like the play of shadows & light on the snow.

From what I've been told, that's a requirement for churches when visiting parts of Europe. Friends visited both Spain and Italy and every picture of a cathedral/church they took had some scaffolding on it. :P

You're welcome! As to the scaffolding, a little "facelift" is sometimes required. :)

You know, it's funny, when I hit Europe Trafalgar Square was under construction. I wonder how many monuments are under construction at any given time out there? In the meantime, Snark, that is a GREAT picture.

Unfortunately, I dated a photographer AFTER visiting Europe, so the only photography experience I had while there was gleaned from a little playskool camera I had as a kid. My pictures all turned out like crap. :(

This winter, though, I took some shots with my first camera of my first plant that ever flowered in front of my second guitar. This is the best I came up with. I REALLY should have moved that shit out of the background.
