My old Ati 4850 got damaged in my accident. Anyone have a good suggestion for a video card in the $100-$150 range? Or should I just get another 4850?

4850's still a good bet. Not sure if there's a compelling reason to change.

4850 OR buy Masons 4870 in the deal depot for 130

I would go one step up with a HD4870 1GB for less than $150.

crap, my video card slot is also bent out of shape. I was going to slide in a replacement video card I borrowed from a friend but I don't want to accidentally damage his card. I think my DFI is still under warranty, if not, I will have to buy a new mobo too :(

Definitely go with the Radeon HD4870 1GB, it's a fantastic card for the price.

Heck, it was so cheap that I bought two of them to run in Crossfire. Cheaper than the Radeon HD4870 X2, and just as fast, more or less.

Yep, I bought the video card from mas0n, a Gigabyte EP45 motherboard, an Antec 300 case to replace my P180, and 4GB of ddr2 ram just for kicks. All in all I should end up with a faster machine than what I had before.

I have the Antec 300 as well. It's a pretty nifty case for the cash.

I was thinking about the Antec 900 but I wanted to put the money towards more ram.
