Multiple bsod's factory reset doesnt help

Hello, recently i have been getting multiple blue screens like pfn_corrupt, memory_management, Irql_notblahblahblah, and Nonpaged_areablahblah, my pc is a dell insrpiron 8600 with windows xp service pack 3, these problems began while i was on service pack 1 so i figured upgrading might fix it. I check for malware and found 2 trojans so i got rid of them with still no fix. Some of my drivers were no up to date but now i updated everything...to still no fix. The worst part is i have been going at it for 13 hours straight and finally i said to myslef...Meh just do a quick factory reset "ctrl+f11 on opening DELL.COM screen" this always worked for me well....no fix!! so i did a registary scan+cean and so far my pc hasnt crashed but im still sure im not out of it yet. I dont think its bad RAM, my pc always worked fine and only recently started doing this when i downloaded some stuff off the internet. I just used hijack this so can somebody look at this log and help me please. P.S. i have 1.25 GB of RAM and my pc is home edition please help!!!!!

If the PC has more than 1 stick of memory installed, remove all but 1 and run the PC with just 1. Use the PC normally and see if the problem is gone, if it is not, swap to another stick and repeat.

Alternatively, use memtest to check the ram: www.memtest.org v4.0.

i cant use that program but i used another one, it got to 4% with 5 errors and it had to close and send error report...so now what

Memory goes bad when it wants to go bad. There's nothing you can do with a program to make your memory go bad, and there's nothing you can do with a program to fix it. It simply must be replaced.

You have a dell..... ________ fill in the blank. It should be on the actual front of your computer. Dimension something or other, perhaps? Or precision?

Look on the sticker on the back. somewhere on your physical computer is the model number of the machine. We need that.
