End of the folding trail for me

I have been folding for a long time. I remember when 0.9 point units and over clocked Thunderbirds were the rule of the day.
I have had some major hardware failures.
As of now I'll keep folding on my lappy at least until I reach 3 million points.

After that I'll have to see if the budget allows building a new folding box.

Thanks, Ed

Thank you edcentric for your dedication. You could pass on the folding torch by punching Snark in the crotch, I think thats how it works.

I'll pull some of the slack. I just signed up today. :D

I know my machine is slow but I'm considering a processor upgrade which would be 4x what I have currently. :)

    Thanks Ed. :)

One things for sure, I gotta learn what I'm doing. Over the last 24 hours my progress is "Working (365/500)". I'm not sure exactly how slow this is. :/

I will be starting a new thread before long to get some advice and tips. I was waiting to complete the first 500 before I posted.

    Thanks for the comments guys.
I just finished another wu sitting here in the lounge in Hong Kong airport.
Maybe I can get a couple done in Shanghai.

    Anyone need something from Shanghai?
I was shopping for electronics in Taipei and Hong Kong. Lots of stuff, some that we can't get in the US. Prices no better than Newegg.
