And stealth you should get a tri channel kit if you are going to use that motherboard since you can, you can run just a dual channel if you want. But when you go to upgrade your graphics you should take a look at the ATi cards first because they are ahead in their fab cycles. Not to mention if noise is any consideration they have been pretty darn well with keeping the dba down.

Well, I'm just saying, if he is dead set on using his crusty old 9800 GT, may as well get a board that is SLI capable.
Id still advise chucking it in favor or a Radeon 58xx graphics card, but hey, thats just me.
