WTB DX11 video card and cpu cooler

Hello all,

I'm in need of video card upgrade and a cpu HSF for my amd phenom 2 cpu. I would prefer an AMD video card that can outperform my old 8800gt and is DX11. For the HSF, something that will do a lot better on noise and cooling than my stock HSF that came with my cpu. That thing is loud. Anyhow if you want to sell something let me know.

    Up to 150 on the video card and up to 20 on a HSF. Just looking for a deal really.
