Seeking Borderlands 2 4 Pack Buddies

I want to pre-purchase Borderlands 2 on Steam. It's 10% off for me since I already own Borderlands. That puts a 4 pack at roughly $40.50 / person, and it comes with all the pre-purchase bells and whistles.

    The 10% off deal is only valid this weekend, another 20 hours as of now. That puts the 4 pack at $40.50 each. It doesn't seem clear if the pre-purchase bonuses (+weps, key and +1 class) are still valid after this sale.
