How do I get my 2TB HD to work with Win 7 Pro? It is loaded with files from my XP pro but I am really stumped. By the way I look in now and then and I miss the days F&H.
You should be able to plug it in and view the files.
Once you connect it to the motherboard and power, just boot to Windows 7. It will then be a D, E, F, G, whatever drive letter and you can view the files.
You won't be able to execute any of the programs on it, necessarily, but you can get the data off.
