Getting in shape by going stupidly spartan

Creeperbane2Creeperbane2 Victorian ScoundrelIndianapolis, IN Icrontian

I need to get in shape, and I'm doing it in the most me way possible, by going absolutely berserk and designing a low budget workout that will nearly kill me on a nearly daily basis and pushing my endurance to it's limits. I need to do this for reasons. I will be posting my results in zes hur thread.

    Go Get 'Em Creeper!

Make sure you are not killing yourself for no reason though. There are lots of fitness gurus on the forum here that are more than happy to give advise on diet and workouts. Don't hesitate to ask any questions or even just run ideas across them. Other than that, all of us can offer support.

    Looking forward to the progress.

What is that? No, just trying to get my strength and endurance up.

Well, some folks get together with friends and go on forced marches, with agreed-on weights carried, and htey go a certain number of miles. Some vets do this to stay in shape.

Go ruck is short "go with a rucksack."
