Microsoft customer support is officially stupid
Okay, so I found a glitch on Xbox Live which allows users to download the new Halo 2 maps which should cost $4, for free. I won't tell how, but I wrote to MS to let them know that I found it. I clearly explained in the message that I found a way to download the maps without paying, and they sent me back some generic response. I emailed them again and I even said, "YOU'RE LOSING MONEY FROM THIS!" and I got another generic response. Check this out, it's actually kinda funny what they wrote back.....I even emailed Bungie and Certain Affinity. I am a loyal fan of these games and I don't want to see them (mainly Certain Affinity) lose money for maps that they produced, they're only $4 anyway.
