What are your favorite movies. I really hating sitting down to see a movie that I've never heard of before, althought I may love it in the end. I'd never heard of Crash, but I saw it this morning, and I loved it. I put some of my faves in the poll, but just post them if it's not there.

Don't know what my fave movie is but 'seeing one I've never heard of' reminds me. I hitched to London for a free three day pop festival that turned out to be a free afternoon festival, I know I know! So three of us were bumming around and decided to go in to the next cinema we came across to kill some time. We saw 10 Rillington Place, about the Christie murders. Had never heard of him before that, brilliant film.

Crash is the only one I would really want to watch again, from any on that list. Only movie to make me tear up.

Oh, and I keep a list of movies I need to see in my wallet at all times. Here's the list so far. Blue ones I've already seen, but I'll throw them in anyway.

    Mulholland Dr.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
    Pulp Fiction
    Resevoir Dogs
    Requiem for a Dream

    A Clockwork Orange
    Beautiful Mind
    The Usual Suspects
    Great Escape

Most of those were recommended to me for being above par. Most of them are also psychological-type things, or movies that REALLY make you think. A good majority of them are more than just a quick-entertainment ordeal.

Some other excellent movies I've seen:
Brick is out in theatres, and looks FANTASTIC, but I haven't seen it yet.

I use to love that show.... I'll still watch it once a year or so if there's absolutly nothing else on.
