nf7-s best ram timing?

what would be the best ram timing for the nf7-s. my bios erased from some reason and i lost mine and cant remember what i had them set to

    Yeah, there was a page benchmarking 4 timing and 2-2-2-11 won

    2,2,2,11 have been proved to be best in Sisoft Sandra, yes. However, when it comes to 3d and games, 2,2,2,5 or 2,2,2,6 still reigns. Also, don't look to hard on the cas 2 only. It doen't help as much as many believe it does. At least not at high fsb. I'd rather use cas 2.5 at 220 fsb than cas 2 at 210.

    That's a real good point you bring up, Mack. Don't base your settings on just 1 benchmark, but rather base it on best general performance with a broad range of apps.
