Need DVD Decoder/Player

DogSoldierDogSoldier The heart of radical Amish country..
edited June 2004 in Internet & Media
I just installed a Sony DVD IDE drive I got for x-mas.. hehe. I installed the program that came on the CD - PowerDVD - but it crashes all over the place, so I gave up on trying to get it to work. MediaPlayer 9 evidently doesn't recognize DVDs, so I'm looking for a DVD Decoder/Player. Any recomendations?

Methinks you have underlying issues, as Cyberlink's PowerDVD is a bit of hugely popular program.

That said, you could give WinDVD a whirl.

I installed WinDVD and it works great.. I have Return of the King and damned if it doesn't look better on my monitor than on the TV, this is fantastic! Thanks guys.
