Cannot enter RAID bios on Abit AN9 Fatal1ty
Hi there
I am trying to enter the nvraid bios on my Abit AN9 Fatal1ty.
But I cannot enter the RAID BIOS.
I am pounding away on F10, but the PC just proceeds and starts loading windows?
What can I do?
I have been using the pause button on my keyboard, and it writes something concerning the Mediashield BIOS.
And then there is some sort of message, but it disappears in a flash and I am unable to pause and read it.
I have enabled RAID in the BIOS and I have chosen the two harddrives I will be using for the array.
I am trying out RAID for the first time.
I'll be using two Seagate Barracuda ES 320 GB in a RAID-0 array, that is gonna be sweet. (when I get it up and running that is:rolleyes2 )
BTW: The manual for this motherboard sucks, it is by far the worst manual I have even read for a Abit product.

There are two numbering schemes for the ports IDE/SATA.
One general that goes from 1-8 and one for SATA (RAID) 1-6
And then you have to do some guessing to match the numbers (You have to choose what SATA channels that are being used for RAID)
It seems to be working now, which means I am going to install windows tomorrow. "Yay, again"
