Should I be concerned?

It is running like a dream but I don't like messages that begin with 'Warning'.

    No. Mine has always said that, and I've never found an alarming loss of disk space or anything. It's one of the "known bugs" of the SMP client.
    4) The core does not clean up its work files completely (can leave several files after the WU has completed)
    Mostly a cosmetic issue to be fixed in a later release. If it appears to cause a problem before then, please post details. See also #26, -delete xx switch doesn't.

    It will just overwrite them next time it gets to a wu in position 5 in the queue so as noted do not worry.
