Settlers question

I had 2 settlers already trained from falconers village.
They are attending a sleepover at Duchess'es village until it's safe to return.
Now. I think through the attacks from gen-x the residence was destroyed.
Not sure how many times. lol We rebuilt the village a bunch of times.
So, Now the residence is rebuilt to lvl 11 and it says I have to get it to lvl 20 to train more settlers.
I guess not getting the 3rd settler finished at lvl10 before the residence was destroyed has caused it to do that huh?
My point being I had 1 more settler to train at lvl 10 residence for founding a new village and now I have to go to lvl20 to train more.
It only lets you train 3 settlers at each level.
now at lelvel 20 what will happen? If I bring back my 2 settlers will it let me train the 3rd?
I'm confused as how to proceed on this matter.

hmmm, confusing.

i'd say recall the settlers and see what happens.

also, press the 'expansion' button in the residence, see what that says.

OK, That shows talon 1 for my first spawned village.
So I must have had it to lvl 20 for the 2 settlers made already.
It's all cool. I just wasn't sure what was happening.
I'll have to get it up to 20 to finish/train another settler.
It will probably revert to 1 left when at lvl20 with the settlers back home.

Hawk, once your back at lvl 20 you can automatically train your third settler. Recall your other two and then once they're back you may launch them to settle a new location.

Also, what are your culture points at?

22741 culture points.
So, There's plenty there when I get it to lvl 20.
I just don't want to use any resources till I send the troops home.

No that's good. Duchess and I have been building it up. It was the last thing I upgraded before removing my sitter rights.
