I finally decided to get one but I'm having a hard time finding one that looks good. This is the best I could find.

Does anyone have a better choice? It needs to be 1TB and connect with USB 2.0. Preferably 7200 RPM and 16 MB cache but not necessary.

For the same price, the LaCie brand is more well known.

I'm not a fan of LaCie, seen too many drives from them go bad.

But on the flip side, I don't know acomdata really either.

    So tough choice.

You should just buy a 1TB SATA drive and put it into your own enclosure. Easier to match up to your exact requirements, and you don't have to mess with all the 'easy one click backup' bloat that so many prefabs carry.
