Android TTS for Wiki?

I got the wikimobile app and love it but while i am at work I want to have it tell me what's on the page while I am doing my job(I've been running low on good science podcasts hehe). Anyways I've never done the TTS thing before and I can't figure out how to get it to work with this app. Or perhaps I need a new wiki app?
