I had an issue with my single cup mr coffee not filling the cup. So I followed the directions on the unit and put vinegar through it. The vinegar was unsuccessful in descaling the unit. The next day I contacted the warrantee division of mr coffee told them what the issue was and in less than a minute he told me they would send me a replacement unit. That was on monday and today is friday so I have the new coffee maker in hand.
