    Not too shabby for a Quadro-equipped machine. I bet it stomps our Dell workstations here at my office.

    Let's not forget, HP also offers on-site for their consumer laptops as well.
    Yes, I upgraded my Envy17's warranty to 3 Year w/Accidental and Onsite. ;)

    Just FYI, but Apple will be happy to send you a box so you can ship your Apple product to them (not sure who pays for that). They'll ship it back. Adds something like 1-2 weeks to the process and is terrible, but going to the Apple store isn't your *only* option... :)

    When I returned an iPod a few years back, they did. Was pretty snappy, too.

    I returned my first generation iBook 3 times and each time it came back within the week. The 4th time they sent me a latest generation iBook in replacement of my lemon.
